FULLY BOOKED – Please note that this event is now fully booked, if you would like to join the waiting list please contact events@oriel.ox.ac.uk
There will be a Gaudy held in College on Friday, 15 March for those who matriculated between 1980-1983.
We look forward to welcoming you back for this opportunity to revisit College and catch up with old friends. The event is free of charge and will begin with an optional update and Q&A session with the Provost at 3pm. Evening activities will commence with a service in Chapel at 6.30pm, followed by drinks from 7pm and dinner at 7.30pm in the Senior Library. The dress code is smart, black tie optional. This will be the first Gaudy ever held in the Senior Library, our dining space whilst works are being carried out in the kitchens, so is an occasion not to be missed!
There is limited accommodation in College available for this event, which can be booked along with your ticket online. Standard rooms are priced at £113.40 and twin rooms at £159.60, all rooms include breakfast. When booking accommodation, please let us know if you have any special requirements or preferences we should consider with room allocation.
If there is someone you would like to sit next to, please mention this at least 14 days in advance. Spaces in Hall are limited so, regrettably, we are unable to welcome guests of alumni to this event. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis; late bookings may be placed on a waiting list. Please use the form below to book your place at the event.
Whilst attendance at this event is free, Orielenses are welcome to make a gift in support of the College. We are grateful for all donations, large and small, which make up almost a quarter of Oriel’s annual income, but would recommend £50 which is broadly commensurate to the cost of the dinner. You will find a donation link in your booking confirmation email, or please click here.
The personal data you provided on this form will be used to fulfil Oriel College’s contractual obligation to you as an event registrant, and to meet our legitimate interests of alumni and supporter engagement, fundraising and stewardship. You can opt out of communications at any time by contacting development.office@oriel.ox.ac.uk. Cancellation Policy: If you are not able to attend an event for any reason please contact events@oriel.ox.ac.uk. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any orders cancelled within two weeks of the event.
