We welcome visits from Orielenses and their families.

If you would like to visit College, we recommend contacting the Development and Alumni Engagement Office, either by email on: development.office@oriel.ox.ac.uk or by telephone on: 01865 276 585, and we would be happy to arrange this for you. A member of the team could also accompany you on a tour if this is something you would like. 

At certain points in the year, and particularly over the long vacation, Oriel becomes very busy with conferences and other private bookings. At these times, access to parts of or all of College may be restricted, so please contact us in advance to make arrangements and avoid any disappointment on the day. 

To avoid overlapping with current members eating lunch, we recommend that you avoid visiting between 12:00 and 14:00 if you would like to see inside Hall. 

We have dining and banqueting venues to suit all occasions, from the grandeur of Oriel’s historic Hall to smaller, more intimate rooms such as the Box and Champneys Room.
