The Oriel community are invited to come together at the Henley Regatta

Friday 3rd July – Row past at tea

A medley crew of nine spanning six decades of Oriel oarsmen and women will row past the enclosures during the tea break to mark 700 years of Oriel and 40 years of women at Oriel.

The plan afterwards is to gather at the Fawley Bar in Stewards’ Enclosure for anyone who would like to find each other informally.

Saturday 4th July – Picnic

Held at Butler’s Field, Henley (the second field past Lions Meadow as you look out from Stewards), from 12.30 during the racing lunch break.

On the day, look for the Oriel minibus and the Oriel flag. There will be plenty of Pimms as well as light food.

Open to all Orielenses, family and friends. No RSVP needed, but a quick note to tortoise-president@orielrowing.org helps with numbers for catering.
