Tortoise Club Dinner 2022

The annual Tortoise Club Dinner will this year be held on Thursday, 17 November at the London Rowing Club.

There are some places still available, please RSVP to Aysha Strachan (aysha.strachan@gmail.com) to reserve one. Places are confirmed once payment is received, please see below for details.

The Tortoise Club run the Dinner as a way to celebrate and support Oriel rowing. As such it has always been run at a loss in order to encourage attendance, especially from the students and recent graduates. This year it will still be subsidised, but to keep the loss manageable the ticket prices need to increase.

Ticket prices (includes a three course meal and wine):

Tortoise Club Tickets: £100

Recent Graduate*: £70

Current Student: £40

*A recent graduate is any Tortoise who has raced for Oriel within the last 5 years.

Should you wish to attend, but would otherwise be unable to pay for the increased ticket price, please do get in touch and we can discuss arrangements.
